Bust Measurement (purple)

To take your bust measurement, wrap a soft tape measure around your bust, over the bust apex or nipple. Make sure your tape measure remains parallel/straight to the ground across your front, your side and your back. Bring the tape measure together at the front and take your measurement (in centimeters). For best results, wear a non-padded bra.

Waist Measurement (pink)

To take your waist measurement, stand up straight, exhale. Bend to one side, place your index finger where your waist creases. Return to a straight standing position with your finger remaining as a guide. Wrap the tape measure around the smallest part of your natural waist, using your finger as a guide to position the tape. Wrap the tape around the smallest part of your natural waist. The tape should run parallel around the body and wrap just above your belly button.

Hip Measurement (blue)

To take your hip measurement, wrap a soft tape measure around the lower torso at hip level. You want to ensure you are wrapping the tape around the largest part of your buttocks and thigh. Bring the tape measure together at the front and make sure the tape remains parallel/straight to the ground, across the front side and back.
