SEA Señora Swim Return Policy 

For health and sanitary reasons, all face masks are final sale. 

For full refund, bikinis, one-pieces and activewear must have been bought from seaseñoraswim.com. To be eligible for return, item(s) must be in new condition and have tags and liners attached. Shipping is free for returns within the US and Canada. International orders are also eligible for easy return. 

You have 20 days from the date of purchase to return your item(s) for a full refund. 

You will be issued your refund once your item has been received. Refunds will be issued back onto the original form of payment. 

For sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns that are worn. Swimwear should be tried on over your underwear. 

How do I return a CANADA/US/International order?

We offer easy return shipping for our customers. If you want to return an item(s), reach out to Customer Support at support@seasenora.com and we will be happy to assist. Once your return is approved, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.

For international customers, you will be responsible for paying shipping & handling of your return order.  

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your item(s) have been received and inspected by SEA Señora swim, you'll get your credit notification via email at the moment of approval.

What about exchanges?

If you'd like to exchange your item(s) for a different size, no problem! Reach out to Customer Support at support@seasenora.com to receive instructions and your prepaid shipping label to exchange your item(s).   

What item(s) are eligible for return?

  • Item(s) purchased in the last 30 days.
  • Item(s) in new condition.
  • Item(s) must be undamaged, unworn and unwashed.
  • Item(s) must have tags and liners still attached.
